How to rent

①Reservation

Reservations are recommended in advance, as our store operates primarily by reservation.

Same-day visits may be accepted depending on availability. If you plan to visit without a reservation, we recommend contacting us in advance for a smoother experience.

Reservations can be made in person, by phone, LINE, WeChat, or through our website.

For kimono and costume reservations that require item holding, the reservation will be confirmed once advance payment has been completed. Thank you for your understanding.

②Visit & Reception​

Please arrive at the store at your scheduled reservation time. If you expect to be late, please contact the store by phone in advance.

Upon arrival, you will be asked to complete a registration form and review our terms of use. You may also be asked to present identification showing your address.

* If identification is not presented, the rental service cannot be used for outings outside the store. Thank you for the understanding.

* Identifiction is not required for customers using the in-store photo shoot service only.

③Choosing Your Outfit

​Please choose from our wide selection of kimonos according to your occasion, preferences, and budget.

Fittings are available, and our staff will be happy to assist you in selecting your outfit if needed.

④Dressing

​All rental plans include a complete set of items required for dressing.​​​

The time required may vary depending on the plan.

Dressing : about 20-40 minutes

Hair Styling : about 20-40 minutes.

⑤Going out

Once everything is ready, you may complete the payment and proceed with your outing.

​⑥Return

Returns are accepted untill 20:00 (our closing time).

Please note that returns cannot be accepted after 20:00 or outside business hours.

Next-day returns and returns by delivery are available for an additional fee.
